Just love speed dust, specially the fact that I can replace the gels! It is amazing! ❤️

Very useful for training
Perfect bottles for fitting into running shorts/ running belt!
Altar is the game changer, not only disrupts the industry. Leaves the gels and carb sweets so far behind. It works and it works very well. Do yourself one favour and buy it, try it and you’ll never go back. I’m going into Dublin 2026 very confident because I know I’ll have Altar and that’s what’s getting me my PB. Thank you Conor. Go take over
Used speed dust and flask for my 1st half marathon, best investment
Love it!! So easy to carry and use.
Easy to carry and not too heavy in your pocket
Been using Speed dust for the past 10 weeks as part of my Dublin marathon training. It's brilliant! I've never felt stronger in my runs, and love the fact I don't have sticky fingers from gels! It's a brilliant product, only problem is my husband has started borrowing my stash! 10/10
It’s great stuff I’ve always struggled with gels this is a game changer
It just doesn’t suit to carry when full ,, great product , it’s just a personal preference
I had to buy two as first one did not work out. I suggest instructions are included to bite down on rubber part. I was aware to twist to open but no water was coming out even when I used it liked a straw. I even contacted the company to ask if rubber part should be removed. They say yes and then ignored me when when it was established the rubber part should not be removed. I thought this was poor customer service. However I am happy with the product..
Trying it out this Sunday for yoghal half marathon woohoo
Best I’ve ever used
