I’m onto my second bag of Altar after finding it’s stocked in my local Running Specialist (The Running Bubble Lisburn) 2x 250 ml flasks, sip away throughout instead of knocking a gel back, job done. I won’t use anything else.

Been using Altar Nutrition Speed Dust in training and just hit a new PB in my running. Super easy on the stomach and gives steady energy without a crash. It’s been brilliant fuel for HYROX training too, especially for longer hybrid sessions where you need consistent power. Highly recommend.

I have used it for a couple of half marathons and multiple long runs of 25+ kms, I've never had an issue with it. For me it's more convenient than gels. Being able to simply drink from a bottle with Speed Dust in it is far more efficient than having to open a gel sachet and wash it down with a drink. It's my go to fuel source for my long runs and races.

Bottle is fab. Really handy to use for mixing product before transferring to soft flasks in running vest.
Used it for the first time today and I loved it… easy to carry… no spills… just a good handy to use bottle…

Ideal size for the recommended mix, however found it tricky to fill the bottle with the scoop provided in the speed dust as it’s really wide. Maybe that’s an issue to bring up when reviewing that product 😂 Speed Dust is great though!
