Hi Conor , you were out with the club I’m apart of with AJ and the lads at Clonsilla Running Club and since taking speed dust over the last 6 months have came a long way with beating my 10 Mile PB at the Frank Duffy back in August with a time of 1:14:59 so really loving this stuff and without it my routine is not running on all cylinders. Wishing you many more success and If you are running the 50K race I would love to be apart of the challenge 🙏🏼
I've been using other powdered carb sources for ages, tried this recently and I won't be using anything else going forward. The Lemon Soda flavour is the nicest carb drink I've tasted.
Also a half/half mix of Lemon Soda and Raspberry Rush in your bottle isn't bad either....
Love the lemon soda flav
I dont know what the plane jane would be like.

I’ve been using speed dust throughout my Ironman preparation.
I’m happy to be able to use an Irish product for my training. 110g an hour (about 4 scoops) sits well with my stomach on the bike.
Speed Dust is a solid pre-run boost—quick energy, good focus, and it helps get you feeling ready to go. Handy when you need that extra push before hitting the road. 🏃♂️⚡
Perfect for fuelling on the bike. Love the Plain Jane flavour for long days and avoiding flavour fatigue. Race goal achieved and stocking up for the next block now!
Extremely good products for performance sport. I started using them 1 month ago for marathon training and what impressed me most is the ability to my gut to absorb them during long runs. Absolutely recommended!
I've been using Speed dust almost exclusively for all my runs and training for a while now and find it fantastic. Very easy on the stomach and great for energy
Yeah this the only fuel I use now two weeks ago had a 40km in training that morning I had no altar left used gels, middle of the run in and out bushes , 4 x 500 ml bottles of altar helped me get second place in prembrokshire coastal trail and had a bad start got it back , I'll have to keep it stocked at all times , that was a practice race main one in September 👍
The only must have running item you require. Race day, training, recovery or even just nights out this dust has you covered. Forget everything else, this stuff is the greatest gift to the running world since the rice krispie squares. I have used this on every race including my most recent where I ran the GBUltra Scotland 50 and acheived my highest Ultra place to date. Get on this stuff you simply wont regret it. Once your on it apologise to absolutely no one for how well you run. T&C's.....for the highest effect combine with short shorts 🏴
Tastes great. Speedy delivery. I’m back running after 5 months off recovering from surgery. This stuff has me running like I’m Jonah Lomu that’s pissed off with the ground!!
Will be using for my Dublin Marathon fuelling
I started taking Speed Dust about 6 months ago ,when I began my training for T100 in Athy , last year I was 4th, I raced last Saturday and won my age group 55/ 59 with an 18min PB ..I had SD on the bike and in squeezie bottles on the run ...never any issues, always drink the Plain Jane ..definitely contributed to a successful race! I will be continuing to use SD in my training and races.
Been using Speed Dust to fuel my runs for a few months now with great success. From my local 10k to my first ultra it has kept me going. This weekend I did only my 2nd ever triathlon. Fueling up with Speed Dust on the bike helped me recover quickly from the swim and feel energized going into the run. Onwards and upwards, lemon soda all the way....
Hey Conor,
I thought it was worth sharing my recent experience of running a 100km Ultra Marathon with 6200m+ of elevation with Speed Dust as my main source of fuel for the run.
I have ran ultra marathons in the past but not with Speed Dust and the difference was absolutely incredible right from start to finish. I trained with it for my training block on the lead into the ultra and could noticeably feel the benefits the more I trained with it, this was my first ultra marathon using Speed Dust and the results were fantastic.
Thanks for everything.
I’ve started using speed dust for my longer runs and races and I really like it! It tastes lovely and i definitely feel it gives me the push I need through out the race. I got a PB in a half marathon recently and I really think it helped me along the way!
Today was my week 2 of the HM training plan. I'm on 8k plus 4×20 mins strides. Had 250 ml of speed dust in my vest and honestly I flew through the workout. Thanks Conor
Used it to fuel my half marathon and got a PB!! Still learning the best way to take it but absolutely love the taste and how I didnt have any digestion issues
This stuff was a game changer on my recent expedition to Ama Dablam in Nepal, I wasn’t sure how it would go when at altitude, I absolutely love it when I’m running regularly but I can happily say it lived up to the hype
I started using speed dust since the start of this year at the beginning of my Paris marathon training. I used it pretty much for every run and then also for carb loading in the days before the marathon and for the race itself. It's class stuff. It just made those intense training runs much more doable (I run early in the morning before breakfast) and so I feel that the quality of training I was able to accumulate was far greater than if I hadn't used it. During the race itself, I felt that I never once dipped in terms of my energy levels and power output. I had enough left in the tank to end up running a negative split and actually sprint for the last kilometer. Also tastes lovely and very easy to drink. Will continue to use.
