Speed dust does what it says on the package!!!! I feel naturally fuelled for my runs. No spikes or crashes with gels that I have used before. I absolutely love it!!!
Amazing product- I use it to fuel my long runs when I don’t have time to eat before my run. My legs just don’t fatigue- my runs are more productive and comfortable. It’s fast releasing, tastes amazing and the bottle is a perfect size for my run vest. Will definitely be buying this again for the foreseeable future. Great product

Game changer . Used it in build up to Viking Marathon.. very hot day but combination of carbs and electrolytes got me home

Started taking Altar Speed Dust for training runs, speed sessions and HYROX classes, taking a fluid drink with the added bonus of carbohydrates and electrolytes opposed to having to carry gels. I have found this a game changer.
My go to for long runs now! Took off nearly 10 minutes off my half marathon PB the first time using it.

Only running since last September, so training for longer races has only begun in the last month or two, and I went straight to it! Off the back of recommendations in my running club! One word! This is a game changer for my long runs. No more hitting the wall , it provides me with a level and sustained energy source throughout my run. Very easy to take, no gastro issues. I will never again do a long run without this product. Looking forward to using it for Tryka in October.

It’s a great and easy way to flue yourself up especially in the hot weather we have bin having lately when it’s hard to eat before a run
I think it’s a great product, found it very useful in the Summer! My only slight issue is that the plain Jane flavour has a citric taste that I was unsure if it had ordered a lemon version. Having tried the product a few times at the Altar 50k and my own purchase I can see this is intended. Now that I know this I’ll opt for the berry flavour in future, find the lemon/ citric taste has the worst flavour fatigue generally
I am so happy that I found speed dust. Fuelling my runs has been a real problem over the years due to having severe Crohns Disease, as gels did not work for my system at all. I have had zero issues with Speed Dust, it is so easy on my gut, and fuels me perfectly for all my runs. 11 out of 10 😀
I have been using speed dust for the last month or so for a few races and a few longer runs. Absolutely amazing product. Nearly out of the raspberry flavour but onto the lemon! Will have to buy more when I run out as it is a super boost when trying to up the mileage!

Love this stuff. Always carried water and gels for long runs so having both in the one soft flask is very handy. Feel a lot less fatigued in the hours after long runs when using speed dust. Will be buying again soon
Love it . I won a bag of it last year at sliabh liag race.i used it and found it very good for the adventure races or even out for a cycle. So I bought another. Keep up the great work ill be sticking with it 👍

Absolutely love this. So easy to drink and no stomach issues mid and post race!!!
It made me feel more thirsty ! Cloying aftertaste ...and no noticeable improvement in performance for both my long distance and shorter distance running events. Wish I could give better feedback but I'm not overly impressed. Sorry. It was the lemon flavour I purchased
